Infrastructure Specialist (AWS)

What you will do

• Monitor infrastructure and applications continuously and manage incoming alerts.
• Detect, analyze, mitigate, and resolve operational incidents as the first line of response.
• Execute documented runbooks, pre-approved scripts, and initial service recovery procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to Windows Administration, DBA, Middleware, Networks, and Applications teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks, and produce operational reports and performance metrics.
• Support automation and continuous improvement across production, pre-production, test, and development environments.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in infrastructure, systems engineering, cloud computing, networking, security, or a related technology domain.
• Enterprise IT application experience.
• Hands-on experience in software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in the public AWS cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to analyze alternative solutions, solve problems, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Knowledge of technical design techniques, tools, plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
