Systems Engineers (Cloud)

What you will do

• Manage Windows and VMware systems across client platforms and services.
• Manage systems data, provide day-to-day technical solutions, and support security compliance.
• Oversee assignment queues, prioritize tickets, and coordinate solutions with technicians.
• Support public and private cloud environments, including on-premises-to-cloud migrations.
• Recommend modernization options, identify business opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders and other teams.

Requirements

• Experience implementing and managing Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Experience with VMware ESX.
• Experience managing public and private cloud environments.
• Experience with migrations from on-premises infrastructure to cloud solutions.
• Customer focus, a growth mindset, and an inclusive approach to collaboration.

Nice to have

• Automation experience, especially infrastructure as code for IaaS.
• Vulnerability management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Federation Services.
