Senior Software Engineer

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: $136,000–$187,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve highly automated build, release, and testing infrastructure.
• Develop internal scripting, tooling, and automation to support continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations on build and automation infrastructure.
• Evaluate and implement AWS-based technologies in build and continuous integration systems.
• Roll out projects to internal customers, monitor adoption, collect feedback, and refine solutions.
• Help scale infrastructure and reduce automated test compute time from days to minutes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with one or more programming languages, including Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of application development, microservices architecture, and multi-service ecosystems.
• Experience with AWS or Kubernetes, plus familiarity with virtualization, dynamic provisioning, Docker, and Linux.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional work through completion.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies is beneficial.
