Senior Software Engineer (C++/C#)

Location: Remote within approximately a 70-mile radius of the Allen, Texas office; hybrid workplace designation. Occasional onsite interview or in-person onboarding may be required.

Salary: $105,900–$145,000 per year, based on location and experience.

What you will do

• Design, develop, modernize, test, and review Windows applications.
• Perform system analysis, programming, debugging, troubleshooting, and technical support throughout the application lifecycle.
• Contribute to technical design, product architecture, coding standards, documentation, and engineering best practices.
• Lead or support unit and integration testing focused on reliability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable software into production.
• Estimate scope and timelines, review code, lead technical discussions, and recommend improvements based on emerging technologies.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of technical experience in software development.
• Professional experience with C++, Windows programming using MFC, C#, and WPF.
• Experience integrating embedded web technologies such as CefSharp and WebView2.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of Allen, Texas.
• Immigration sponsorship and support are not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Experience with coded UI or Selenium automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.
• Financial industry knowledge.
