Senior C# Developer (Windows/Release Engineering)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance Windows applications using C# and modern .NET technologies.
• Influence application architecture, conduct code reviews, make technical decisions, and mentor junior developers.
• Create and troubleshoot MSI installers and bootstrapper applications with WiX Toolset and Advanced Installer.
• Design upgrade, patching, rollback, migration, hotfix, and silent-installation strategies.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions and PowerShell.
• Resolve production and installation issues while collaborating with QA and product teams to improve release quality.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional C# development experience in Windows environments.
• Hands-on expertise with .NET Framework, .NET Core, and Windows Services.
• Strong experience with Advanced Installer, WiX Toolset, MSI packages, bootstrapper applications, and Windows Installer internals.
• Experience managing the full software release lifecycle, including patches, hotfixes, silent installations, and upgrade packages.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline management and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure or AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of microservices, event-driven systems, or distributed computing.
• Familiarity with Angular, React, or Blazor.
• Understanding of DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automated testing.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or small development teams.
