What you will do

• Support the development and refinement of Ideal Customer Profiles, positioning, and messaging for the Money portfolio.
• Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify unmet needs and market opportunities.
• Support segmentation and market sizing for capital lending products serving small and mid-market businesses.
• Partner with Product Management, Sales, Research, and Finance to align segment strategies and test positioning.
• Analyze product-market fit, define success metrics, track go-to-market deliverables, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Present project updates and final recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an MBA degree-seeking program throughout the internship.
• Demonstrated leadership and a record of delivering results.
• Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and customer-focused problem solving.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Self-direction, ownership, energy, and a positive mindset.
• Must meet the eligibility requirements for a US internship, including remaining enrolled through the internship and having an expected graduation date after it ends.
