Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Selah, Washington, United States; onsite overnight role in a high-volume food manufacturing facility.

Salary: $90,000 annually. The posting also references $100,000.

What you will do

• Lead the overnight maintenance team supporting production operations.
• Oversee electrical and multi-craft maintenance personnel.
• Maintain equipment reliability and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and other maintenance issues.
• Drive safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across maintenance operations.
• Write and maintain SOPs, OPLs, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Use CMMS systems to support maintenance activities and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing maintenance teams.
• Strong electrical and mechanical systems background.
• Experience troubleshooting across multiple maintenance disciplines.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, GMPs, and maintenance compliance in food production.
• Experience writing SOPs, OPLs, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Previous food manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
