Simplification Intern (Process Improvement)

Location: Oshkosh, Wisconsin, United States, or a Michigan location depending on team assignment; onsite work required.

Pay: $18.00–$37.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Analyze workflows and document processes across Aftermarket functions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, tools, and team workflows.
• Gather and analyze data to determine where processes can be streamlined.
• Create standardized documentation, communication tools, and visual process maps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members and participate in meetings to verify process details.
• Recommend process changes based on analysis and team input.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field throughout the internship.
• Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Willingness to work in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, or at a Michigan location.

Nice to have

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills or experience with data analysis.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with cross-functional teams or group projects.
• Experience with process mapping software such as Visio, Power BI, or project management platforms.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.
