In-Store Leadership Intern (Physical Retail)

Location: Birch Lane store in Naples, Florida, United States. Requires local travel and work in various nearby locations, plus flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.

Salary: $25 per hour.

What you will do

• Rotate through frontline sales, back-of-house logistics, visual merchandising, and clienteling workflows.
• Partner with Assistant Store Managers and Store Managers to review sales reports, labor deployment, and operational decisions.
• Identify a live store challenge, analyze the available data, implement solutions, and track measurable outcomes.
• Lead morning huddles, monitor shift KPIs, handle basic customer escalations, and manage assigned floor zones.
• Present capstone results and strategic recommendations to General Managers and Regional Leadership.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and expected to graduate between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and intent to return to the course of study after the internship.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly lift 50–75 pounds independently or with assistance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.

Nice to have

• At least one year of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or leadership.
• Comfort using AI tools and modern retail software.
