Transcend Deployment Process Manager (ERP)

Location: Hybrid in Cork, Ireland, with on-site work required at least three days per week and up to two remote days. Alternate hybrid locations may be considered in Latina, Italy, or Leiden, Netherlands. Up to 35% domestic and international travel may be required.

Salary: €70,100–€121,210 annual base pay in Ireland. Additional ranges: €56,100–€96,945 in Italy and €68,600–€119,600 in the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of global ERP deployment releases across multiple functional workstreams.
• Manage integrated deployment plans, KPIs, deliverables, readiness activities, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate governance, stage-gate reviews, release readiness assessments, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Partner with business, technology, testing, compliance, change management, training, cutover, and hypercare teams.
• Develop Contracting, Pricing, and Billing requirements, acceptance criteria, process maps, testing documentation, and rollout support.
• Drive deployment standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across releases and regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent university degree required; Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Information Systems backgrounds are relevant.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in project or program management.
• Experience with ERP deployment or business transformation, plus knowledge of Customer Service, Commercial Contracting, Billing, and Pricing.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related leadership role within a highly matrixed organization.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or another highly regulated environment.
• Professional written and verbal English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• MBA, advanced degree, or certifications such as PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or SAP.
• Experience with testing, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience leading global teams across regions and cultures.
• Spanish, Portuguese, French, Dutch, or German proficiency.
