Location: Meadow Lane, Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK; based five days a week at the Shirebrook HQ

What you will do
- Support the day-to-day purchase ledger process, including invoice matching, posting, payment runs, and new account validation.
- Process supplier payments accurately and in line with company procedures and financial controls.
- Verify bank details and investigate invoice discrepancies and payment-related queries.
- Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, stakeholders, and the Purchase Ledger Team Leader.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and maintain accurate, timely records.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger.
- Experience processing BACS and CHAPS payments.
- Experience with invoice approval systems such as Medius.
- Previous Accounts Payable experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
- Understanding of supplier statement reconciliations, payment runs, query resolution, and month-end procedures.
