Accountant

Location: London; office attendance is expected 4+ days per week

What you will do

• Manage compliance reporting and audit processes for various international entities.
• Coordinate deliverables with third-party accountants, auditors, tax, legal, and other cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements and external financial reports under US GAAP and local GAAP standards.
• Prepare supporting documentation for external filings and audit procedures, including flux and variance explanations.
• Monitor relevant accounting pronouncements and changes affecting external reporting.
• Improve and document reporting processes and support ad hoc projects and analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of international financial reporting, US GAAP, and IFRS.
• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification, or active progress toward qualification.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work from the London office 4+ days per week.
