Outbound Team Leader (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage outbound team members and coordinate picking, packing, and related warehouse operations.
• Develop just-in-time wave monitoring plans and system-based order task allocation strategies.
• Monitor outbound processes, handle customer-reported exceptions, and coordinate parcel handovers with courier companies.
• Analyze labor productivity, accuracy, and other outbound data to improve processes, storage layouts, efficiency, and space utilization.
• Organize operational training, enforce safety standards, and prevent operational risks.
• Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams on inventory management, order fulfillment, reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience managing or coordinating outbound warehouse operations.
• Ability to organize picking, packing, order allocation, and parcel handover activities.
• Ability to monitor operational performance and use data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ability to train staff and maintain safety and standardized work procedures.
• Availability to work onsite in Duisburg, Germany.
