Location: Singapore; full-time internship from January to June 2027.

What you will do
- Track end-to-end timelines for permanent retail counters and temporary animations across Travel Retail APAC.
- Support regional point-of-sale maintenance and consolidate weekly contractor installation reports.
- Adapt global design guidelines for local travel retail environments under project manager guidance.
- Coordinate material sample approvals between regional teams and global brand offices.
- Collate technical site surveys, floor plans, and renderings for space pitches.
- Issue purchase orders, track invoice approvals, follow up on vendor deliveries, and maintain the approved material sample library.
Requirements
- Undergraduate student available for a full-time internship of at least six months from January to June 2027.
- Proficiency with Outlook or a similar email tool, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, resilient, flexible, and able to follow up consistently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, confidentiality, ownership, cross-cultural awareness, and emotional intelligence.
- Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup, and beauty products.
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
