Financial Analyst (Homebuilding)

What you will do

• Analyze financial and operational data for reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and divisional performance tracking.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports covering variances, trends, risks, and key financial drivers.
• Build and maintain financial models for business scenarios, pricing strategies, and investments.
• Support annual budgets, long-range plans, periodic reforecasts, and ad hoc analysis.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to reconcile data and resolve discrepancies.
• Present clear, actionable financial insights to leadership and maintain compliance with internal controls.
