Talent Intelligence Lead (US Commercial Lending)

hirify.global is a commercial bank founded in 2015 that is building its US lending business.

What you will do

• Build hirify.global's talent intelligence capability for the US commercial lending business from the ground up.
• Map firms, teams, leaders, emerging talent, geographic talent pools, and competitor hiring activity across US lending markets.
• Develop long-term relationships with senior lenders, emerging leaders, and market influencers before hiring needs arise.
• Produce talent and competitor heatmaps, compensation intelligence, market movement analysis, and succession-risk insights for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain talent communities, executive relationships, future hiring pipelines, competitor maps, dashboards, and relationship history in Ashby.
• Experiment with AI and emerging technology to improve research, market mapping, relationship management, workflow automation, and reporting.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the US commercial lending landscape, including commercial and middle-market banking, private credit, specialty finance, sponsor finance, asset-based lending, or corporate banking.
• Ability to build credibility and relationships with senior lending professionals and executives.
• Experience or demonstrated strength in market research, talent intelligence, strategic sourcing, executive search, commercial banking, private credit, strategy, or competitive intelligence.
• Ability to turn fragmented market information into useful commercial insight.
• Strong hunter mentality, entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and bias for action.
• Comfort using technology and AI to improve research and workflow efficiency.
