Care Technician

Location: Billings, Montana, United States. Full-time onsite role at a health center. Scheduled hours are Monday 8:00am–5:00pm and Tuesday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm.

What you will do

• Interview patients and measure pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient health records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and clean and sterilize instruments.
• Perform routine CLIA-waived laboratory tests, operate EKG and other diagnostic equipment, and collect specimens.
• Support front-desk operations by scheduling appointments, making follow-up calls, ordering medical supplies, and completing administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Current Basic Life Support certification with hands-on training from AHA, ARC, or an equivalent provider is required.
• Experience in a health center, doctor’s office, patient-care, or long-term-care setting.
• Associate degree or equivalent from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant program preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.
