What you will do
- Lead Skyton Laboratory operations, resource management, and facility maintenance.
- Develop laboratory methodologies, optimize processes, and implement quality systems.
- Ensure compliance with 5S+1, SHE requirements, laboratory standards, and applicable regulations.
- Manage laboratory SOPs, safety documentation, risk assessments, and compliance records.
- Manage the equipment lifecycle from specification and procurement through qualification and commissioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience in people management; fresh graduates may be considered if this experience is available.
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Positive attitude, disciplined work style, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
