Senior Manager, Analytics & Metrology

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations for the Advanced Purity Solutions metrology group and its four technical teams.
• Lead chemists and engineers while developing and mentoring group members.
• Ensure laboratory operations, personnel safety, and hazardous chemical management.
• Lead organic, metal, retention, and on-wafer analysis method development.
• Collaborate with global applications, R&D, and metrology teams to support business growth, customer requirements, and new product development.
• Implement state-of-the-art testing capabilities, improve laboratory efficiency and equipment utilization, and expand testing capacity.

Requirements

• Laboratory and people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of metrology techniques.
• MS or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
• More than 7 or 5 years of experience as a laboratory manager or supervisor.
• Highly hazardous chemical handling experience is highly preferred.
• Proficient written and verbal English skills are highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in a laboratory or semiconductor fabrication environment.
• Experience with 300mm wafer process tools.
• Willingness to learn 300mm wafer wet and lithography processes and hardware.
• Self-driven, independent approach to achieving goals.
