Community Manager (Crypto Trading)

Salary: $83,000–$166,000 annually, plus potential bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Build and grow the hirify.global Pro trader community across Discord, Telegram, X, TradingView, Reddit, and other relevant channels.
• Develop ambassador and power-user programs for market makers, quantitative trading desks, and high-volume traders.
• Run AMAs, live trading sessions, feature launches, competitions, and public post-mortems.
• Respond rapidly and accurately to market events, listings, chain halts, and product updates.
• Collect community feedback and communicate actionable product issues to Product teams.
• Create short-form posts, technical threads, feature analyses, and release communications while tracking community performance metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of community or social media experience for a product with a technical and skeptical audience; crypto, fintech, gaming, or developer tools experience is relevant.
• Active trading experience and the ability to discuss funding rates, maker/taker economics, slippage, and latency.
• Strong short-form and long-form writing skills.
• Experience building a community or social presence from the ground up.
• Ability to de-escalate public criticism, exercise sound judgment, and operate independently without a detailed brief.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving company with frequent product releases and organizational changes.
