Capacity Program Manager (Cybersecurity Insurance)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $135,000–$180,000 per year, depending on geographic market and qualifications.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and communications with insurance and reinsurance carrier partners.
• Oversee data sharing, audits, due diligence, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate internal product development, carrier compliance, legal, and technology support.
• Facilitate the drafting and review of legal documents and contract wording.
• Engage with strategic broking partners supporting capacity relationships.
• Support hirify.global's captives, sidecars, and admitted insurance vehicles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of reinsurance experience or relevant experience at an insurance carrier or MGA.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Ability to work independently and drive execution with minimal oversight.
• Must be located in the United States.
