Manufacturing IT Business Partner (Manufacturing)

Location: Pluvigner, France; onsite at the Pluvigner Manufacturing Plant

What you will do

• Act as the primary IT partner for plant leadership and the main IT interface for the Pluvigner manufacturing site.
• Define and continuously evolve the plant-level manufacturing IT strategy, roadmap, and technology priorities.
• Translate global and regional manufacturing strategies into scalable digital solutions aligned with local operational needs.
• Partner with IT delivery teams to prioritize initiatives, manage scope, and ensure reliable execution.
• Support operational excellence through structured problem-solving, performance reviews, Gemba observations, and action follow-up.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and global IT stakeholders while supporting audits and GxP compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Process Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of technical experience, including 5 or more years in IT business partnership roles within manufacturing.
• Experience with large-scale manufacturing operations, digital ecosystems, and cross-functional stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, root-cause analysis, communication, and IT solution delivery skills.
• Excellent French proficiency is required.
• Professional working English at intermediate level or higher is required.
