Business and Operations Manager (F/M/X) (Hospitality)

Location: Hybrid, with remote work available several days per week from France; office based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.

What you will do

• Define and monitor departmental OKRs, KPIs, governance processes, and alignment with business, technology, and digital strategies.
• Manage central and regional budgets, including forecasting, tracking, reporting, and cost allocation.
• Support strategic vendor negotiations and oversee global contract lifecycles, renewals, pricing, and compliance.
• Coordinate procurement, legal, purchase order management, vendor invoicing, and internal controls.
• Maintain inventories and BI reporting for hospitality technology products such as PMS and POS systems.
• Engage regional technology teams, finance, legal, vendors, and senior leadership while driving service performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree equivalent to Bac +4 or Bac +5.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance or audit, with previous PMO experience.
• Strong experience in vendor management, global negotiations, budget planning, and financial reporting across multiple regions.
• Familiarity with hospitality technology ecosystems, including PMS, POS, and OHIP.
• Experience designing and building BI reporting concepts, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work from France for the hybrid arrangement.
