Financial Analyst (Aerospace)

Location: San Francisco, United States. On-site role. U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status required to comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations.

Base salary: $70,000–$100,000 USD per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own program budgeting, spend tracking, financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Partner with program managers and project leads to track budgets, actuals, forecasts, and milestones.
• Support headcount planning, resource allocation, and spend management with department and initiative leaders.
• Deliver variance analysis and actionable insights to improve accountability.
• Build scalable reporting tools and dashboards for program and operating cost visibility.
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes with Accounting and Finance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel, reporting, budgeting, and project spend-tracking skills.
• Ability to combine detailed analysis with strategic business insights.
• Experience working cross-functionally and connecting data analysis with operational decisions.
• High adaptability and curiosity in a fast-paced technology or hardware environment.
