Automotive Service Advisor / Writer (Automotive)

Location: 5627 S Power Rd, Mesa, Arizona, United States; Monday–Friday, on-site work with frequent standing and walking.

Salary: USD 60,000–100,000 per year, including base compensation and a sales bonus plan.

What you will do

• Greet guests and guide them through the complete vehicle repair process.
• Present appropriate repair solutions clearly and maintain professional phone communication.
• Manage store workflow and coordinate customer service activities in a high-volume environment.
• Sell automotive services honestly while protecting customer satisfaction and trust.
• Build long-term relationships with guests and support a positive team atmosphere.
• Shuttle guests as needed and help ensure repairs meet proper specifications.

Requirements

• Current driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the company’s insurance carrier.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Three years of automotive customer service experience; automotive service advisor, writer, or sales experience is preferred.
• Reliable availability for a Monday–Friday schedule and ability to remain on your feet for most of the workday.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing more than 50 pounds and maintain a brisk pace.
