Summer Sales Intern (Automotive Software)

Location: Dayton, Ohio, United States; full-time onsite work at the headquarters from May 24, 2027 to August 13, 2027. Students must live in Dayton over the summer. Four separate weeks of nationwide travel are required. Paid housing is provided for out-of-town students.

Salary: $20 per hour

What you will do

• Learn the responsibilities of an Outside Sales Representative through field job shadows.
• Generate leads and gather competitive intelligence.
• Support the implementation of market strategies and programs.
• Work with the Inside Sales Team in Dayton to achieve assigned sales goals.
• Complete classroom training in sales techniques and dealership operations.
• Present internship results to sales leadership.

Requirements

• Currently a college junior pursuing a degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Motivation to build a long-term career in sales.
• Self-starter with strong time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for four weeks during the internship.
• Ability to work full-time hours and live in Dayton, Ohio, over the summer.
