Head of Corporate Communications (AI)

Location: Hybrid remote/in-office, Bay Area preferred; fully remote considered

Salary: $180,000–$230,000 for the San Francisco Bay Area; $155,000–$200,000 for remote employees, plus equity

hirify.global is an early-stage AI logistics company building a programmable platform that plans, dispatches, and continuously improves delivery operations for commerce brands, fleets, and autonomous vehicles.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global's corporate narrative across press, analysts, customers, partners, candidates, and employees.
• Build media relations across business, technology, supply chain, retail, grocery, restaurant, and autonomous delivery publications.
• Build the analyst relations program and establish autonomic logistics as a clearly understood category.
• Prepare the CEO and senior leaders for interviews, conferences, podcasts, bylines, and external channels.
• Lead internal communications, customer announcements, executive visibility, awards, speaking programs, and crisis management.
• Measure market perception, analyst positioning, share of voice, pipeline influence, and hiring impact while managing agencies and growing the communications function.

Requirements

• 7+ years of communications experience, including leadership at a high-growth B2B technology company or senior agency experience.
• Experience building or leading analyst relations for a complex enterprise platform.
• Established relationships with business, technology, and trade press, with strong writing and editorial judgment.
• Experience preparing C-level executives as spokespeople and developing executive voices.
• Active, regular use of Claude or an equivalent LLM for research, preparation, monitoring, and communications work.
• Ability to work in a hybrid remote/in-office arrangement in the Bay Area is preferred; fully remote candidates are considered.

Nice to have

• Experience on the analyst side.
• Category-creation experience in infrastructure, fintech, developer tools, logistics, or autonomy.
• Public writing experience.
• Experience with supply chain, retail, or commerce trade press.
