Analyst Relations Director (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $175,000–$190,000 annualized base salary

What you will do

• Lead analyst relations strategy and maintain trusted relationships with major industry analysts.
• Plan and execute analyst briefings, inquiries, analyst days, events, webinars, and one-to-one engagements.
• Develop briefing materials, messaging frameworks, spokesperson preparation, and analyst-facing content.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, communications, public relations, social media, influencer marketing, and executive teams.
• Monitor analyst research, coverage, sentiment, share of voice, report inclusion, and MQ/Wave progress.
• Use analyst feedback and competitive intelligence to advise leadership and inform product and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in analyst relations, corporate communications, product marketing, or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with major analyst firms such as Gartner, IDC, and Forrester; former analyst experience is required.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise software, SaaS, learning and development, or adjacent technology industries.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and advise senior executives.
• Strong organization, investigative thinking, strategic judgment, and experience managing high-impact analyst programs.
