Salary: $85,000–$120,000 base salary per year, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Manage daily liquidity, prepare funding forecasts, and recommend capital activity and leverage actions.
• Analyze portfolio performance, attribution, investment pacing, concentration limits, and investable capital.
• Oversee employee funds, including NAVs, valuations, financial statements, liquidity, investor communications, and reporting.
• Launch employee investment opportunities by coordinating fund structuring, marketing materials, legal documentation, disclosures, and investor onboarding.
• Manage carried interest programs and employee leverage activities in partnership with business, operations, Human Capital Management, Legal, and Tax teams.
• Prepare leadership materials, support regulatory inquiries, and advance technology initiatives, restructurings, tax projects, and system enhancements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a financial services setting.
• Strong analytical orientation, financial acumen, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing cash flows, performance metrics, and analyses affecting investor returns and product performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute effectively in a small, fast-paced team.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
