Finance Associate (INDG)

Location: Arlington, VA - 1801 S Bell (INDG)

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Rotate through finance functions during an 18-month program, including financial planning and analysis, business operations, process optimization, and risk management.
• Learn financial cycles and develop an operational understanding of the business and its products.
• Prepare reporting, revenue and operating expense analyses, budgets, quarterly forecasts, and decision-making insights.
• Draft and approve customer contracts and proposals, process orders, and calculate sales credit awards.
• Price subscription products, support sourcing and vendor payments, and monitor license compliance and internal controls.
• Assist with annual compliance reviews and other finance projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related business setting.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Expected start date: January 2027.
