Sr Analyst, Investor Srvcs HFS

Location: Chicago, IL, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $52,800–$79,200 USD per year, plus potential discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Complete investor subscription forms and monitor qualification requirements, including U.S. and benefit plan investor counts.
• Issue trade confirmations, investor statements, and reports, and respond to investor queries.
• Complete AML, KYC, and client verification checks.
• Maintain share registers and support redemption payments and subscription bank account administration.
• Identify investor issues, participate in their resolution, and assist with underlying investor audits.
• Perform activities with financial, client, and internal business impact.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• In-depth functional and industry knowledge.
• Technical skills and systems knowledge.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
• College or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience preferred.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship is required.
