Associate Director, Investor Services (Finance)

What you will do

• Coordinate new client business meetings and clarify launch and conversion requirements.
• Analyze, establish, and review client launch and conversion fund data in databases.
• Coordinate with external auditors and accounting teams on confirmation and due diligence requests.
• Lead departmental initiatives and participate in operational, client, and regulatory meetings.
• Review and validate investor reporting for distribution.
• Coach and train the Investor Services team, resolve escalated service issues, and drive continuous efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Investor Services or a related field, including fund administration, corporate communications, portfolio management, or securities analysis.
• Previous management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial services, mutual funds, hedge funds, and private equity funds.
• Excellent written, listening, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, relationship-building, deadline-management, and problem-solving abilities.
