Investor Services Supervisor

Location: Remote and hybrid locations within the United States; the posting also lists Kansas City, Missouri.

Salary: $58,000–$85,795.11 annual base salary, with state-specific ranges of $61,300.98–$82,936.62 in Colorado and $58,000–$85,795.11 in Massachusetts. Discretionary bonuses and equity awards may also be available.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of contact center representatives serving investors and advisors.
• Monitor productivity, provide coaching, and conduct one-on-one performance discussions and annual reviews.
• Communicate organizational and divisional goals between management and the team.
• Coordinate with supervisors and managers to prepare for client meetings and support client satisfaction.
• Motivate employees, improve morale, and enforce company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Oversee daily shareholder and participant requests and ensure inquiries are handled accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of related industry and leadership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of the financial services industry preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of transfer agency operations, policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Leadership experience in training, evaluating, developing, and communicating expectations to employees.
• Strong decision-making, prioritization, delegation, planning, and goal-setting skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication and presentation skills for working with clients, employees, management, and internal departments.
