What you will do

• Implement the Energy Isolation Program using SPS-101 standards and guidebooks.
• Establish and manage the Energy Isolation assurance process, including remediation of audit findings.
• Participate in high-risk activity planning and oversee approval of proposed energy isolation procedures.
• Develop and manage the Energy Isolation Permit process with the Authorizing Energy Marshal.
• Review Statements of Work, Methods of Procedure, and scripts to identify all energy sources.
• Determine group or individual LOTO requirements, support a centralized LOTO system, and verify personnel qualifications, training, and PPE compliance.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience with data center construction and commissioning standards and practices.
• Ability to work on-site at client and partner locations.
• Experience with energy isolation procedures and safety practices in construction or commissioning environments.

Nice to have

• Project management experience.
• Familiarity with multiple data center energy sources, especially electrical systems.
• Experience auditing site practices against written standards and implementing improvements.
• Ability to interpret line drawings and system redundancies to design effective LOTO systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical concepts to engineers and non-engineers.
