Vue-First Full-Stack (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Penang, Malaysia

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain internal web applications and dashboards with Python backends, Vue frontends, and REST APIs.
• Own CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions and Jenkins, including release automation, artifact management, and quality gates.
• Containerize, deploy, scale, and operate services with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Provision and manage Azure cloud and lab infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and cost optimization.
• Administer PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases, covering schema design, performance tuning, backups, and migrations.
• Build agentic AI tooling, observability systems, and durable platform capabilities for validation, firmware, and software teams.

Requirements

• Strong Python development skills and experience designing REST APIs with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on Vue, HTML, and CSS experience with the ability to deliver internal tools end to end.
• Production experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Linux administration, shell scripting, Git, code review, secrets management, access control, and software supply-chain security.
• Experience applying AI to engineering workflows; Claude Code, agentic skills, and MCP server development are strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable discipline; strong written and verbal English communication skills.
