TL;DR
Software Engineer I (Fullstack) - Contract (React, JavaScript, Java): Building and maintaining responsive user interfaces and real-world applications with an accent on accessible UX, application development, and software engineering fundamentals. Focus on developing, testing, and deploying software across React, Angular, Java, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and PostgreSQL while collaborating with UX designers.
Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia; hybrid with office attendance 2–3 days per week

What you will do
- Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement intuitive and accessible designs.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack software applications.
- Work with Git, Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
- Report to the Software Engineering Manager.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of software development experience, including internships, academic projects, or bootcamps.
- Experience or exposure to React, Angular, Java, JavaScript, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, and PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented programming.
- Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, application development, version control, and CI/CD practices.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with regular office attendance in Cyberjaya.
