Location: Penang, Malaysia; hybrid work model with time split between the site and off-site work

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy factory and planning applications.
- Work across application architecture tiers to deliver robust and scalable functionality.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, developers, and global stakeholders.
- Maintain development and test server environments throughout the software lifecycle.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies into application designs.
- Monitor system performance and implement reliability and efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 0–1 years of software development experience, or a relevant master’s degree with no prior professional experience.
- Proficiency in C#, Python, or an equivalent software development language, plus SQL programming with MS SQL or Oracle.
- Knowledge of design patterns and frameworks such as MVVM/WPF, ASP.NET MVC, or MVP.
- Experience working across software development tiers and using open-source languages such as JavaScript.
- Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, analytical, and adaptability skills.
