Project Manager, ServiceNow (San Diego, CA)

Location: Must work onsite in San Diego, California, five days a week. US citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required.

Salary: $130,687–$222,169 annually.

What you will do

• Develop technology strategies with federal executives, business subject-matter experts, and stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings to understand business processes, requirements, pain points, goals, and technology priorities.
• Develop solution approaches, architecture, governance models, operating models, CONOPS, and process documentation.
• Evaluate technology platforms and present analyses, technology choices, trade-offs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize ServiceNow development activities.
• Support requirements, design, testing, prototyping, implementation, tracking, reporting, and delivery.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• US citizenship required by the federal government.
• PMP certification and a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of project management experience and 5+ years leading technology consulting engagements.
• 4+ years of experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as ServiceNow.
• 4+ years of federal experience, with strong leadership, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master certification.
• In-depth ServiceNow platform, module, best-practice, and industry-trend knowledge.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
• Knowledge of system architecture, ITIL, and IT Service Management principles.
• Understanding of NIST, RMF, eMASS, DoDM 8140, and IL4/IL5 concepts.
