TL;DR
Product Lead (HRTech): Validating and building a new HRTech product from concept to market launch, including customer discovery, MVP development, early customer acquisition, and team formation with an accent on HR, payroll, and employment compliance. Focus on conducting 20+ customer interviews, building a scalable solution within four months, generating initial revenue, and creating a 12-month scaling and financial roadmap.
Location: Legal residency within the European Union or the UK, or valid digital nomad status required.

What you will do
- Validate the HRTech product idea through 20+ customer interviews during the first month.
- Develop and execute the product strategy from concept through market launch.
- Build and test an MVP within four months.
- Acquire the first paying customers and generate at least €5K in revenue.
- Hire and lead the core product development and growth team.
- Create a 12-month scaling strategy and financial roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience.
- Background in HR, payroll, or employment compliance, such as HRD or HRBP experience.
- Hands-on leadership style with a lean startup and sales-driven approach.
- Fluent English required.
- Legal residency within the EU or UK, or digital nomad status required.
Nice to have
- Experience in HRTech, FinTech, or LegalTech.
- Startup experience as a founder or key team member.
- German or French language skills.
