Location: Greater Seattle Area; hybrid role. Work may take place in test, laboratory, and production environments, including extended shifts, weekends, or off-hours as campaigns require. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or nationals, U.S. permanent residents, refugees, or individuals granted asylum in the United States.
Base pay for Washington applicants: $69,711.00–$97,595.40 per year. Other site ranges may differ.

What you will do
- Provide technical oversight for system integration, hardware builds, and rapid prototyping activities.
- Monitor build schedules, identify delivery risks, and resolve integration challenges through hands-on troubleshooting.
- Coordinate test campaigns by maintaining test plans, schedules, milestones, readiness criteria, and documentation.
- Translate engineering requirements into actionable plans for build and test teams.
- Coordinate engineering, test operations, quality, and technician resources to execute campaigns safely and efficiently.
- Support test readiness reviews, data collection, anomaly resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in test operations, system integration, hardware builds, or a related technical field.
- Experience leading technical projects, including planning and scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, system integration, hardware assembly, engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive execution in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work in test, laboratory, and production environments, stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and support off-hours operations.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in aerospace, propulsion, or complex hardware development.
- Familiarity with test data acquisition systems, instrumentation, analysis, configuration management, quality systems, and risk management.
- Knowledge of lean principles, continuous improvement, or formal project management training such as PMP certification.
