What you will do

• Create and refresh digital advertising assets for Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
• Adapt templates for campaigns, offers, audiences, and seasonal updates while maintaining brand consistency.
• Resize, reformat, optimize, and package creative files for different specifications, formats, resolutions, and platform requirements.
• Support web and email mockups and prototypes, incorporating stakeholder feedback and performance insights.
• Produce creative variations for A/B testing and build reusable digital templates and production resources.
• Apply accessibility checks, including alt text, color contrast, readability, and WCAG standards, while using AI tools to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in web, digital, or production design.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong digital design and production work, including paid advertising examples.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, image optimization, file formats, and resolution requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, digital media, or a related field.
• Familiarity with WordPress or another CMS.
• Awareness of WCAG or Section 508 accessibility standards.
