Junior Designer (Graphic Design)

Location: New York, New York; onsite

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 base salary per year, plus discretionary bonus incentives and benefits.

Real estate firm managing a global portfolio of properties and developments, including commercial office, retail, and hospitality assets.

What you will do

• Design pitch presentations, proposals, one-sheets, marketing collateral, and other materials for internal partners and external clients.
• Apply consistent brand guidelines across print and digital deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior designers, marketing, communications, development leaders, and other stakeholders to refine concepts.
• Prepare final files for production and help manage execution.
• Support marketing activations and brand experiences at internal and external events.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of graphic design experience in an agency or corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience designing for print and digital formats.
• Strong communication, collaboration, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating work across presentations, marketing collateral, and advertising.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma.
• Multidisciplinary brand experiential work.
• Familiarity with real estate, retail, or hospitality.
