Senior Designer

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own design execution across brand, events, recruiting, marketing, and executive communications.
• Create event collateral, conference experiences, signage, presentations, digital assets, recruiting materials, and marketing content.
• Maintain and evolve a sophisticated, minimal visual identity across every touchpoint.
• Develop scalable templates, systems, and assets for consistent and efficient design production.
• Use AI to accelerate design work while retaining creative judgment.
• Contribute to product design initiatives with the Platform team as capacity allows.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional design experience with a portfolio covering brand identity, event or exhibit design, marketing collateral, and presentations.
• Expert-level Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Strong design judgment and the ability to edit work tactfully and reduce designs to essential elements.
• Ability to work quickly and independently on ambiguous, time-sensitive requests.

Nice to have

• Motion or 3D experience with After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
• In-house design experience at a fast-moving startup with end-to-end ownership.
• Curiosity about product design or early product design experience.
• Interest in life sciences and hirify.global’s mission.
