Digital Creative Designer

Location: Springfield, MO (hirify.global Base Camp)

hirify.global is a retail company operating digital channels alongside retail merchandise, restaurants, resorts, and conservation attractions.

What you will do

• Design promotional creative for homepages, emails, paid social, display ads, and other digital channels.
• Develop digital concepts and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across layout, typography, color, and graphics.
• Prepare mock-ups and prototypes, present creative concepts, and implement approved work.
• Coordinate web projects with team members and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
• Work with HTML and CSS in internal content management systems and provide internal digital creative support.
• Track digital design trends and apply current best practices.

Requirements

• Associate degree in web design, graphic design, or a related field; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2 to 5+ years of experience in digital design.
• In-depth working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, iconography, imagery selection, responsive web design, and digital best practices.
• Ability to develop and present concepts, work within brand guidelines, accept feedback, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple priorities.
• An online portfolio demonstrating design knowledge and digital creative work is required.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
