Base salary: $50,000–$125,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Design production-ready creative for digital, print, presentation, experiential, and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
• Create event and experiential designs for conferences, customer engagements, field events, and physical and digital brand environments.
• Develop executive storytelling materials and presentations that communicate complex technology and business concepts visually.
• Apply and thoughtfully extend hirify.global’s global brand system across campaigns and creative touchpoints.
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality work.
• Prepare production-ready files and manage design specifications across platforms, vendors, and media channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related creative discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, brand design, or visual communication.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, plus Figma, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Strong command of typography, layout, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and production skills across stakeholders and vendors.
• Written and spoken English fluency required. A professional portfolio must demonstrate end-to-end work across corporate events, print, interactive digital experiences, and complex brand identity systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B, enterprise software, SaaS, or high-growth technology environments.
• Understanding of motion graphics or video animation principles.
• Experience with distributed teams, agencies, or stakeholders across regions.
• Experience or interest in AI-enabled creative tools.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
