What you will do

• Support and deliver in vitro cell-based bioassays assessing immune responses to therapeutic candidates across multiple client studies.
• Perform routine isolation, banking, and characterisation of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain reliable laboratory workflows, troubleshoot routine experimental procedures, and help optimise and expand assay capabilities.
• Keep accurate laboratory records, compile findings into technical reports, and present results to project teams and clients.
• Lead client-facing projects involving the design, execution, and optimisation of PBMC-based bioassays.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in Biological Sciences, Immunology, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of immunology and bioassay principles.
• Practical laboratory experience with aseptic cell culture, immune cell isolation, or assessment of immune responses, gained through university research projects, placements, internships, or industry experience.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Clear communication, strong record-keeping abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
