Business Applications Manager (Dynamics 365 BC/NAV)

Location: Hybrid working in Weybridge, United Kingdom

Salary: £60,000–£65,000 per annum, dependent on experience

What you will do

• Own the Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV environment and wider business applications estate.
• Manage system improvements, upgrades, integrations, and application projects.
• Translate business requirements from internal stakeholders into effective technical or functional solutions.
• Manage relationships with Microsoft Dynamics partners, third-party suppliers, and internal technical teams.
• Oversee application support, troubleshooting, and resolution of business-critical system issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and support the applications strategy and technology roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience owning or managing business-critical ERP or business applications in an end-user environment.
• Experience delivering Business Central/NAV upgrades, implementations, integrations, or improvement projects.
• Understanding of business processes across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Warehousing.
• Experience managing Microsoft partners, vendors, and third-party suppliers.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and translating requirements into technical or functional solutions.
