Product Manager - Endpoint Management & Security

Location: Remote from the USA, limited to residents of CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, ME, MA, MD, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, or WA. Candidates within Chicago city limits are not eligible unless willing to self-relocate. Onsite interviews may be required.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year for roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey, Washington, or New York.

What you will do

• Define and evolve the vision for endpoint management and security capabilities.
• Own key parts of the product roadmap, evaluate opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and make product trade-offs.
• Drive features that identify security gaps and help customers remediate or protect against them.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, support, and product stakeholders from concept through delivery.
• Engage with customers, MSPs, and internal teams to translate real-world usage insights into product improvements.
• Write product requirements, define workflows and edge cases, and iterate based on feedback and usage data.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT, security, or technical roles and at least 2 years of product management experience.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or IT management products.
• Background in Windows, macOS, or Linux administration, endpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scripting.
• Deep understanding of how IT teams manage endpoints in real-world environments.
• Ability to work closely with engineers, understand technical concepts, define product features, and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Must be located in the eligible US states; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in an MSP, internal IT, infrastructure-focused role, or collaborative multi-PM environment.
