Warehouse Support Specialist

Location: Onsite in Bromont, Quebec, Canada; travel of up to 10% required.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end quality process for material damage and non-conformities, from identification in Bromont through formal case closure.
• Evaluate damaged materials, determine hold, return, or inspection actions, and create fully traceable quality cases in SAP and MARC.
• Coordinate inspections, factory returns, defective-product shipments to the Montreal Campus, repairs, and return of repaired materials.
• Maintain accurate ERP transactions and coordinate deliveries between MARC and SAP for SPSB products.
• Support inventory control, inbound and outbound coordination, reporting, and warehouse administration.
• Act as the primary liaison between warehouse operations, commercial operations, planning and fulfillment, and the Quality Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or three years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency with Marc WMS, SAP, and other relevant software tools.
• Experience or capability in quality assurance, inventory control, logistics coordination, and end-to-end supply chain management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in French is mandatory; English is required to communicate with internal clients and partners outside Quebec.
• Ability to work onsite in Bromont, Quebec, Canada and travel up to 10% of the time.
