Senior Industrial Design Engineer (Industrial Design/Hardware): Leading industrial design and development for complex physical products and platforms with an accent on design architecture, validation, prototyping, and technology integration. Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America. Relocation is available. Travel: 25%.
Salary: $116,150–$182,400 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

is hiring for an engineering role focused on industrial design and development of physical hardware products and systems.
What you will do
- Lead multiple project teams, designers, and internal and outsourced partners across industrial design and development stages.
- Define and review design architecture, design language, validation, specifications, and compliance with design standards.
- Coordinate implementation schedules, timelines, milestones, and cross-functional project activities.
- Provide industrial design leadership and domain expertise for complex products, programs, and initiatives.
- Drive integration of new technologies, design language, technical solutions, and continual improvement strategies.
- Mentor less experienced staff and guide high-performance project teams.
Requirements
- Four-year or graduate degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
- At least 7 years of experience in industrial design and development of physical hardware products and systems or a related field.
- Experience with 3D modeling, computer-aided design, prototyping, manufacturing processes, and new product development.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks, Figma, interaction design, UX, UI, user research, visual design, and wireframing.
- Experience with project management, workflow management, effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
